6 WEEK WRIST STRENGTH PROGRAM

Because of my own wrist strength journey (which I'll share in a future post) and because wrist pain and discomfort is so incredibly common, I've designed a 6 week wrist strengthening program. I wanted to make this as accessible as possible and as successful as possible.

These classes are 20 minute long Zoom recordings. Each class includes a short wrist warm up, two wrist exercises, a shoulder exercise and an upper back exercises (because they’re all connected!) along with a bonus exercise at the end.

I can 100% guarantee that you'll feel an improvement in your wrist functionality if you practice each week’s video 2-3 times a week before moving on to the following week. That's why it's I'm making sure it's a short 20 minutes - so it fits within your schedule easily. AND, it's only $20!
