Intro to Kettlebell Swings

A 60 minute Kettlebell swing workshop. We're going to break down all the various pieces of the kettlebell swing step by step. You'll come away with an understanding of why power matters, what's so special about the kettlebell swing, when and where form matters, and most importantly -- you'll find there are many steps along the way where you can focus on power without having to actually perform the full swing. You do not have to have a kettlebell to join this workshop, a dumbbell works too!

And YES there will be a a recording available for 2 weeks after the event.
